Scope:

These terms and conditions apply to all orders from info@thriftedapart.com, regardless of whether the order is placed via the website, by telephone, letter, or email. With each order, the customer accepts the terms and conditions valid at the time of conclusion of the contract. These terms and conditions are based on info@thriftedapart.com and can be accessed there at any time.


Conclusion of contract:

The offers on info@thriftedapart.com are non-binding. By submitting an order, the customer declares that they wish to purchase the ordered goods. The purchase contract is concluded when Tay Dobrot sends the customer an order confirmation via email.


Prices:

All prices are quoted in euros. Shipping costs are listed in the shipping costs table. The prices stated at the time of order apply.


Product Information:

• Condition: All products are in used condition unless otherwise stated. We strive to describe and depict the condition of the products as accurately as possible. The purchase of a product is in the condition shown.

• Size information: Due to the age of the products, the size information may vary from today's standards. Please ask us for measurements if you are unsure.


Delivery:

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. Shipping within Germany typically takes 2–5 business days. Shipping costs within Germany are €3.00; shipping is free for orders over €40.00. Additional customs duties and fees may apply for international deliveries.

Right of withdrawal


Right of withdrawal:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.


Cancellation period:

The cancellation period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the goods.


Revocation procedure:

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us (Tay Dobrot, Sönshörn 6, 25980 Sylt, info@thriftedapart.com) of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g., by letter or email). To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification in a timely manner.


Consequences of the revocation:

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs for alternative delivery methods), within 14 days of receiving your return shipment. The refund may be withheld until we receive the goods back. The return shipment must be made no later than 14 days after the cancellation. You will bear the return shipping costs.

Important: The articles must be in their original packaging and with Article number be returned.
